Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: November 2025
1. Booking & Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. All bookings are confirmed on a first deposit received basis. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before your event.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date. Deposits are transferable once if the change is made at least 30 days before the original event. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.
3. Event Setup Requirements
A minimum space of 10×10 ft, one power outlet, and safe ground access are required for setup. The client is responsible for providing a covered area if the event is outdoors.
4. Equipment Care & Safety
Our team handles all setup, operation, and teardown. Clients and guests agree to treat the booth and props with care. Any damage caused by misuse or negligence may result in additional charges.
5. Photo Usage
By using our services, you grant Moments By Bobby permission to use photos or videos from your event for marketing purposes only with your consent. We’ll always ask first.
6. Technical Delays
While rare, in the event of unexpected technical issues or delays, Moments By Bobby will make every reasonable effort to extend service time or provide partial refunds as appropriate.
7. Liability
Moments By Bobby is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including power outages, venue restrictions, or weather conditions that affect setup or service.
